today i got a salary offer for this year.
although it’s gone up a lot by rate i am not happy with that.
because i think evaluation of performance was not estimate in honest.
excecutive dont know that who work honestly and hard
they just like the people who are relate with there business
of course i think part of it is right
but they are needed to estimate in honest more
